Terms & Conditions

A copy of our public liability insurance policy is available on request.

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

Payment – We accept payment via the website for weekly classes or bank transfer for one to one/group sessions at home. Payment is required to confirm your place on a course / class.

Cancellations – If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the start of the class/course then 50% of the booking will be refunded. If cancellations are made after this time we cannot provide a refund. The reason for this is that there is little chance we will be able to re-book cancelled spaces in our classes and we may have turned other bookings down.

We cannot offer a refund for missed classes in the 3 week course.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if there is a problem with the venue or we have insufficient numbers. In the event of a cancellation, your course fee will be returned and we will try and offer you the opportunity to attend another course with us. We may need to combine classes where attendance is not sufficient to run a class.

Sweet Pea’s is unable to offer a refund in the event of adverse conditions such as bad weather which prevent you from attending your normal class if it is running.

Processing refunds will be subject to a £1.50 admin charge. We will refund money by electronic transfer to your bank.

If you or your baby suffer from a medical condition that you feel we need to know about, please tell us on your booking form and this will be noted and treated confidentially. If any new medical conditions occur between the time of the original booking form being filled out and the class, it is the parents responsibility to inform the instructor prior to the class.

If your child has a medical condition which is contagious please don’t bring them to class during the contagious period. E.g., please don’t bring your child to classes if they have sickness, diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo or conjunctivitis. Please follow your doctor’s advice and get the all clear before returning to classes. If you child has had sickness and diarrhoea they must be clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before coming to a lesson. If your child is suffering from any of the contraindications listed on the booking form, do not perform baby massage, or attend a class.

At Sweet Pea’s we aim to provide a safe environment. However, in the class, parents and carers are responsible for the safety of their child at all times.

If there is an accident please tell your class leader who will help you locate the first aid box. Class leaders are trained in basic first aid and they will work with the emergency services to help wherever possible.

Sweet Pea’s cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions during or after our classes.

Data protection

Should you wish to take photos or videos of your child in class you must get the permission of all other parents of children involved. Photographs or small videos taken at class must be for personal use only unless you get the written consent from Sweet Pea’s and the parents involved. Full length videos are not permitted under any circumstances.

Sweet Pea’s forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc.).

Sweet Pea’s reserve the right to contact you about future events via email, should you allow permission when booking. Your details will never be passed on to a third party.
